1. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Originals: 3–7 business days

  • Prints: 3–10 business days
    Each artwork is handled with care, packaged securely, and shipped with tracking.

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers (La Poste, DHL, UPS).
We ship internationally for free.

Customs & Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

2. RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

Original Paintings

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including the initial shipping and return shipping.

  • If the artwork returns damaged, altered, or used, refunds will not be issued.

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–14 days.

Prints

Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and the custom production process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on prints under any circumstances.

This policy ensures quality control and protects the integrity of limited edition releases.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the product type.
