“Cosmic waters” reflects the light emerging inside the water. It is a mystical question of how illusional the reality is. The silver sparkling dust is a cosmic eruption, the stars in the night, the Moonlight reflected on the water. The cosmic water meets both the night sky and the electrical mystical creatures. The essence is the water, as every life form emerges from it.
